No motor vehicles, travel trailers, trailers, or bicycles are allowed in the park except on the roadways and paths provided for such vehicles and in no event is any unlicensed motor vehicle, travel trailer, or trailer permitted within the confines of the park. No motorized vehicles are allowed on sidewalks, trails, or bike paths. This section shall not be applicable to scooters, power chairs or electric wheelchairs having more than two (2) wheels which are designed for and being utilized by individuals with limited mobility.
