Sec. 27-126.  Intent - Tiny House District.

The Tiny House District (R-T) is intended to recognize that tiny house development, properly planned, can provide important opportunities for affordable housing.  It provides opportunities for tiny house development within planned parks or subdivisions, along with the supporting services necessary to create quality residential neighborhoods.
