Due to unforeseen storm sewer utility issues, 7th Street from Norfolk Avenue to Madison Avenue will be closed until approximately noon tomorrow, September 30th. Please use alternate routes when traveling in this area of town, plan accordingly, drive safely, and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
