Monday night, Mayor Josh Moenning and the Norfolk City Council recognized the impact of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program on Norfolk!

For 50 years, the CDBG Program has provided essential resources to improve affordable housing, infrastructure, and economic opportunities for low and moderate-income individuals.

Norfolk has received over $4.2 million in CDBG funds in the past decade, supporting key projects like Johnson Park, the North Fork Whitewater Park Restoration, and downtown improvements.
