The Norfolk Fire Division will be conducting a live training exercise this afternoon, Thursday, October 3, at a house scheduled for demolition, located at 210 North 9th Street. The exercise will involve the use of an artificial smoke machine on the second floor of the structure, as well as fire trucks and equipment in the surrounding area.

Residents in the vicinity may notice smoke or increased activity near the house, but there is no need for concern. Please exercise caution if traveling in the area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
