The replacement of the sanitary sewer main on 4th Street from Monroe Avenue to Omaha Avenue began on September 13, 2021.  To provide adequate construction access and protect the public, 4th street from Monroe Avenue to Northwestern Avenue will be closed during the day, effective immediately. The west lane will be open in the evening after the daily construction is completed.  The project is expected to be completed by October 10th.

Alternate routes may be necessary during construction; please plan accordingly, drive safely, and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
