The City of Norfolk will hold a special City Council meeting on Monday, November 23rd at 12:00 p.m. to consider an emergency ordinance related to a mask mandate. The meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers located at 309 5th Street. Written remarks by community members may be submitted to the City Clerk’s office located at 309 N. 5th Street or can be emailed to bduerst@norfolkne.gov prior to the meeting and will be included in the record for Council consideration.
