An Emergency Operations Center (EOC) "Setting Up the EOC" Functional/Tabletop Exercise at the City of Norfolk's Administration Building was facilitated by Region 11 Emergency Management.  Participants from the National Weather Service, KTIV & WJAG attended, along with many departments/department heads from the City of Norfolk.
