Kensington - Apartments

Located at 108 N 4th Street in Norfolk, Nebraska. 

Built in 1926, The Kensington is on the National Historic Registry. The building houses several businesses as well as over 50 apartment units, in various sizes, including one and two bedroom apartments and sleeping rooms in a secured access building in the heart of downtown Norfolk. The beautiful winding staircase with marble steps from basement level to the second floor sets off this grand old building. The apartments, while modest, include all utilities, wifi connectivity, have a secured entrance, laundry facilities onsite and off-street parking available. This building is close to a grocery store, library, banks, retail shopping, pharmacy, and many more amenities!
