Syracuse Flats is a proposed new construction 13-unit rental housing project to be occupied by special populations, per the Home-ARP grant guidelines. The units will be on the northeast side of town at Syracuse Avenue in Norfolk, Madison County, Nebraska (The Project). The project consists of 13 single story, one, two and three bedroom rental units (three buildings). The Norfolk Housing Development Corporation is the HOME-ARP Funds Applicant.
