City of Norfolk Receives $15,000 Grant from Kansas City Royals Foundation

The City of Norfolk Parks and Recreation Division is thrilled to announce that it has received a generous $15,000 grant from the Kansas City Royals Foundation, the charitable arm of the Kansas City Royals Major League Baseball organization. Ice Rink Closed Due to Rain

Ribbon Cutting Invite

A ribbon cutting ceremony is set for Tuesday, December 3 at 11 a.m. at the Norfolk Skate Park pump track. 

The construction of the pump track was made possible thanks to a $114,201.82 donation from the late Lee W. DeKarske. 

Lee DeKarske owned and operated Lee’s Jewelry in Norfolk for over 40 years. He was active in many social activities and was a member of the Shriners.
