Winter Park
Located along the North Fork of the Elkhorn River and across from the North 4th Street Park, Winter Park is comprised of almost six acres. It is named after long-time City of Norfolk Park Superintendent, Dick Winter.
Amenities include:

- Small recreational soccer field
- Baseball/softball backstop
