It has come to our attention that two organizations called "U.S Deputy Sheriff’s Association”
and “National Police Association” are soliciting money for law enforcement in our area.
They are in the form of a mailing containing police information and asking for donations.

On February 28, 2024, at 1:02 p.m., Norfolk Police responded to a trespassing report at a residence in the 100 block of West Walnut Avenue.  When the officers arrived, they were informed that Sheila F. Omera, 64, homeless, was refusing to leave the residence.  Officers had contact with Omera and arrested her for second-degree trespassing.  In a subsequent search, officers recovered a glass pipe…
