On July 12, 2023, at 9:10 p.m., Norfolk Police were called to a residence in the 1500 block of South 4th Street for a disturbance.  The caller had located drugs in a room that Tyler L. On July 6, 2023, at 10:25 p.m., Norfolk Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of South 13th Street.  The officer had contact with the driver who was identified as Bradley M. On June 17, 2004, at 6:21 p.m., Norfolk Police were called to the Norfolk Fork of the Elkhorn River in the 200 block of N. 1st Street.  A deceased newborn baby boy's body was recovered from the river.  The autopsy of the full-term baby was inconclusive as to if the baby had been alive prior to its discovery.  An extensive investigation followed, but it did not reveal the mother's identity.…
