November 29 Press Release

On November 27, 2020, at 9:05 p.m., a Norfolk Police officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle that did not have any license plates.  The driver verbally identified himself as Nestor D. Gonzalez Toscano was arrested for false reporting, minor in possession of alcohol, and no operator's license.  He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
