The Norfolk Street Division will begin painting the diagonal parking stalls and the midblock crossings throughout downtown Friday, November 5th weather permitting.

Work will begin at 1st Street and Norfolk Avenue and traffic will be closed a block at a time. Please use caution when traveling downtown and thank you for your patience.
