Regrow 2020, Our Gift to You, is a small business relief gift card program designed to provide immediate support to Madison County Businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Norfolk Area Chamber, Norfolk Area Economic Development, Greater Norfolk Economic Development Foundation, and the City of Norfolk have created a fund with the generous donations of their partners. This program is to provide our small businesses economic stimulus in the face of the pandemic along with an incentive to consumers.
