The Norfolk Public Works Division will be repairing a water main on 13th Street beginning Tuesday, December 28. Motorists can expect the outside southbound lane in front of Wendy’s to be closed.

The closure will begin 6 a.m. Tuesday, and is projected to last until Thursday. Please use caution when driving in the area, and thank you for your cooperation.
