Beginning the week of May 20, the intersection of South 4th Street and Monroe Avenue will be closed to through traffic due to sanitary sewer installation.

Hydrant Flushing Week 4
The Norfolk Water Division began their annual water main flushing program on April 15th, 2024. Flushing will be done during the evening and overnight hours beginning at 8:30 PM and concluding at 6:30 AM the following day. Flushing will begin Sunday evening and conclude Thursday morning. 700 Block of Norfolk Avenue Closed to Traffic
The 700 block of Norfolk Avenue has been temporarily closed to ensure public safety following a building collapse.
