On April 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., Norfolk Police were called to a business in the 1000 block of Omaha Avenue.  The reporting party witnessed that three males had gained access to a building, removed a go kart from one of the buildings, and had taken it out onto a go-kart track. Officers arrived and found the three subjects walking inside the gated off area of the business.  The males were identified as two 13-year-olds and Bradley Tacket, 19, of Norfolk.  The storage building sustained damage due to the forced entry into it.  All three were interviewed.  The two 13-year-olds were cited for burglary and criminal mischief.  They were released to their parents.  Tacket was arrested for burglary, criminal mischief and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  He was held in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
