On February 23, 2023 at 7:10 p.m., Norfolk Police conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Isidro Ferrer-Florez, 44, of Madison. A check of his license showed that it was currently under revocation. He was arrested for driving during revocation. A fixed blade knife was found concealed between the passenger side seat and center console. Due to previous felony convictions, he is prohibited from possession such a weapon. We was also arrested for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
