On January 21, 2023, at 5:41 p.m., Norfolk Police responded to a robbery at a business in the 800 block of S. 13th Street.  It was reported that two 17-year-old males entered the store.  After spending some time in the store, one of them demanded that the employee provide them with certain items, or he would assault the employee.  A physical altercation followed, and the two juveniles fled.  Responding officers observed the suspects near the business and told them to stop.  The juveniles ran from the officers but were located and detained.  Both were arrested for robbery and obstructing a peace officer.  Both were held in the Northeast Nebraska Juvenile Detention Center.
