On July 6, 2021 at 8:32 p.m., a Norfolk Police officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle.  The driver was identified as Lucas A. Dean, 30, of Wayne. A check of his license showed it was currently under suspension.  He was then taken into custody.  In a subsequent search, officers located two glass pipes and a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine in the vehicle. Dean was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving during suspension.  He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail
