On July 6, 2023, at 10:25 p.m., Norfolk Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of South 13th Street.  The officer had contact with the driver who was identified as Bradley M. Miller, 37, of Norfolk.  A check of his license showed that it was revoked.  While the officers were speaking to Miller, they could detect alcohol coming from him.  He was requested to perform field sobriety maneuvers.  These maneuvers indicated impairment and he was placed under arrest for enhanced third offense driving under the influence of alcohol and driving during revocation.  A chemical test of his breath showed that he was over three times the legal limit.  He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
