Protection Order Violation, Resisting Arrest, Assault on an Officer
On 6-4-2020 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Norfolk Police were called to a disturbance in
the 1400 block of Elm Avenue. The victim had a harassment protection order against 38
year old Crystal Eberhardt of Norfolk. Eberhardt was disturbing the peace of the victim
and neighbors but left before officers arrived.
Police located Eberhardt at 1201 S 13th and placed her under arrest for the protection
order violation. During the arrest, Eberhardt spit in the face of an officer, bit another
officer, and resisted being placed into handcuffs. Eberhardt continued to be
uncooperative during transport and booking. Eberhardt was booked into the Norfolk City
Jail for Violation of a Harassment Protection Order, Obstructing a police officer, resisting
arrest, Assault on an officer by bodily fluids, and 3rd Degree assault on an officer. She
was later transferred to the Madison County Jail.


2nd Degree Criminal Trespass
On 6-4-2020 at approximately 9:15 p.m., Norfolk Police were dispatched to 117 N 25th
Street for a male who was passed out in front of the door of an apartment. Officers had
contact with 28 year old Amadu Bah, who is homeless in Norfolk. Officers repeatedly
asked Bah to leave as he was not welcome there. Bah refused and would not leave. He
was placed under arrest for 2nd degree criminal trespass and booked into the Norfolk City
Jail. He was later transported to the Madison County Jail.


First Degree Sexual Assault
Service ~ Honor ~ Commitment
On 6-4-2020 at approximately 10:00 p.m., a female victim came into the Norfolk Police
Station to report a sexual assault. The victim described an incident where 34 year old
Mateo Pablo-Ajualip of Norfolk had assaulted her. After a short investigation, police
located and arrested Pablo-Ajualip for 1st degree sexual assault. Pablo-Ajualip was booked
into the Norfolk City Jail and later transported to the Madison County Jail.
