Wuestwald, 53, of Norfolk. There were no other occupants in the vehicle and restraints were not in use.

On March 17, 2024, at 4:12 a.m., Norfolk Police were called to a residence in the 900 block of South 13th Place for an individual that was knocking on the home’s windows.  Officers had contact with Manuel Garcia Jr., 20, of Denison Iowa.  He was issued a trespassing warning and officers further explained he was not allowed back at the residence, and if he returned, he could be arrested.  At 5:04 a.m., officers were called back to the residence as Garcia had returned and had entered the residence.  Officers again had contact with him and placed him under arrest.  In a subsequent search, officers recovered a small baggie of cocaine from his wallet.  He was arrested for first-degree trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.  He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
