On March 8, 2023 at 2:28 p.m., Norfolk Police were notified that a possible stolen vehicle was seen near 37th Street and Norfolk Avenue.  Officers arrived in the area and confirmed that a Piece County stolen vehicle was parked in a parking lot.  There was one occupant in the vehicle.  Officers had contact with this individual and identified her as Tiffany D. Robinson, 27, of Plainview.  She was arrested for possession of stolen property.  She was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
