Outdoor Fireplace Permit Form
The Norfolk Fire Division implemented the following for the use of outdoor fireplaces:
Patio type fireplaces are allowed in the City of Norfolk when a burn permit has been issued by the fire division. You can complete the form below and bring it in or fill one out at either station. There is no fee for the permit

Fire Chief Tim Wragge
Tim Wragge was sworn in as Norfolk's newest fire chief. He has served in the department since 2002 in the inspector, lieutenant, and most recently Assistant Fire Chief position. He succeeds Scott Cordes, who was promoted to the City of Norfolk's Assistant City Administrator/Public Safety Director.
