1st Street Lane Closure

The City of Norfolk has closed the outside southbound lane on 1st Street from Benjamin Avenue to Elm Avenue.

The snow melt is compromising any patch work completed. The lane will reopen once more of the snow melt dissipates. Repair of this section of road will be contracted out in the spring.

Re-Tree Program Provides Reimbursement for New Trees
