Over the past two weeks, the Norfolk Police Division has been conducting alcohol compliance checks in Norfolk.  An underage individual, using their true identity and actual Nebraska driver’s license, attempted to purchase alcohol from establishments that sell alcohol in Norfolk. On May 2, 2021 at 8:32 p.m., a Norfolk Police officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of Columbia Street.  The driver was identified as Heather M. On April 26th, 2021 at 6:07 p.m., Norfolk Police officers had contact with Sean Martinson, 36, homeless, during a stolen vehicle investigation.  He was accompanied by a female that verbally identified herself as Autumn Roca.  Martinson had an active Howard County arrest warrant for several traffic offenses.  He was taken into custody but later released on bond.  Officers also knew that Martinson…

On April 21, 2021 at 11:09 p.m., a Norfolk Police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a broken tail light.  The officer had contact with the driver who was identified as Kaitlyn M. On April 9, 2021, at 11:13 p.m., Norfolk Police responded to a shooting that occurred at 118 E.
