 On January 24, 2021, at 11:09 a.m., Norfolk Police responded to gunshots in the 1300 block of Park Avenue.  When officers arrived, they learned that several gunshots were fired at a residence in the 1300 block of Park Avenue by a passing vehicle.  The vehicle was described a grey with four occupants.  Officers identified the suspect’s vehicle, located it and impounded the vehicle.  Several interviews…

On December 22, 2020 at 8:49 p.m., a Norfolk Police officer stopped a vehicle for speeding, 49 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone. The officer had contact with the driver who was identified as Justin M.
