On March 13, 2023 at 11:57 p.m., Norfolk Police conducted a traffic stop on a car that was speeding in the 1000 block of Riverside Boulevard.  The officer had contact with the driver who was identified as Robert P. On March 12, 2023 at 3:24 p.m., Norfolk Police were attempting to serve an active Madison County arrest warrant on Nathan C. Eschliman, 39, of Norfolk.  Officers believed he was at a hotel in the 1200 block of South 13th Street.  Officers knocked on the room door and was allowed inside. On March 3, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., Norfolk Police were called to a parking lot in the 800 block of Norfolk Avenue for a disturbance between two individuals sitting in a parked vehicle.
